Temporary Disconnect Request

NOTE: A meter locate is required prior to scheduling all disconnects. If you have not scheduled a meter locate yet, please proceed to our Meter Locate Request form.

*NOTE: Preferred date is not guaranteed and based on availability.

Two business days notice is required to schedule a disconnect. An email will be sent to you confirming the scheduled date & time.

 

If this is an emergency disconnect request or if you require the disconnect within less than two business days, please call Customer Experience at 705-759-6500.
